3 women abducted from Cleveland west side: Ashley Summers, Christina Adkins, Christina Kleckner

With the news of three Cleveland women abducted 10 years ago found alive, a trio of other families whose loved ones remain missing from the city’s west side wonder if they'll one day get the same great news.

If it's true that Michelle Knight, one of three women found alive after missing for more than 11 years, saw another woman in the Seymour Avenue house of horrors when she was first abducted, could it have been Christina Adkins?

Adkins disappeared from West 25th Street on Jan. 10, 1995 when she was 18 years old. She has both ears pierced and was five months pregnant at the time of her disappearance. She has scars on her navel and abdomen, plus a mole on her right shoulder blade.

Ashley Summers was last seen on July 9, 2007. She was 14 years old when she went missing from her West 96th Street home near Madison Avenue. Summers has a red heart tattoo with "Gene" in the middle on her right arm. Summers went missing near the area where Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were taken.

There has been some speculation that Summers may have been thrown into a teen prostitution ring.

Viewer David Lay has been spreading the word about Summers' missing status on Twitter. Celebrities such as Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore and even MC Hammer have retweeted the posts in hopes of sparking tips about her disappearance.

A third woman last seen on the west side of Cleveland, remains missing. Christina Kleckner was 24 when she disappeared on Oct. 1, 2011. Tips have never led to her whereabouts. Her father told NewsChannel5 he believes she ran away.

DeJesus, Knight and Berry were found safe inside a house on Seymour Avenue early Monday night. A neighbor heard Berry's cries for help and rescued the woman who then made a brave 911 call that saved all three women's lives.

The FBI opens an average of 80 child abduction non-ransom cases per year. Of that number, 38 victims are found alive.
